At WGC Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical gear and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, tags, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship via a trackable carrier to our regional processing center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
